La Madeleine Adds New Spring Offerings to its Menu

Time to snap out of the winter blues and put the chilly season behind you with la Madeleine’s new spring menu featuring French-inspired mini croques, a fresh salad with a sweet twist, and citrus cake.

The Mini Croque Trio is a trio of French-inspired mini croques on fresh artisan bread topped with melted Swiss cheese and a garlic cream sauce. The trio is paired with the new Cranberry Pecan Salad and is priced at $8.19.
 
•  Chicken Pesto Croque – Chicken, Swiss cheese, and pesto on sourdough bread.
•  Turkey, Bacon and Tomato Pesto Croque – Turkey, bacon, and Provolone cheese with sundried tomato pesto on sourdough bread.
•  Traditional Croque Monsieur – A classic grilled ham and Swiss cheese croque on seven grain bread.
 
The Cranberry Pecan Wild Field Salad with Chicken is a salad of the signature balsamic marinated chicken, wild field greens, roasted pecans, and cranberries, all tossed in la Madeleine’s classic balsamic vinaigrette priced at $8.99.
 
The Orange Dream Cake is a combination of fresh vanilla cream cake filled with orange cream and topped with vanilla icing and accents of toasted almonds. It is priced at $3.99 per slice and $29.99 per cake.
 
La Madeleine spring selections will be available March 27 through June 4, 2013.
