Students at Loyola University Maryland have a new spot for frozen yogurt and smoothies—and they don’t even have to leave campus. Red Mango is now open in the DeChiaro College Center.

To kick off the new location, Red Mango will host a grand opening celebration on September 8 that will treat guests to giveaways, music, and free frozen yogurt from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Red Mango menu includes all-natural nonfat frozen yogurt, a wide variety of healthy and indulgent toppings, fresh-fruit smoothies, yogurt parfaits, and probiotic iced teas.

The Loyola location is the result of a partnership between Red Mango and Sodexo Inc., an organization that specializes in integrated facilities management services for college campuses, government buildings, large corporations, hospitals, and more.

Sodexo signed a master license agreement last year to open an undisclosed number of Red Mango stores in Sodexo-managed locations over the next 10 years. The Loyola University Maryland store is the first college campus location to open under that agreement.

“Loyola University Maryland is an ideal campus for Sodexo’s first Red Mango college location,” says Tony Hall, general manager. “We’re excited to offer the campus a conveniently located option for healthy and delicious treats—a great option for students and faculty on the go.”
