The four mixed-greens salads are offered on a made-to-order basis or in grab-and-go containers. Varieties include the Grilled Chicken Caesar; the NY Deli Salad featuring turkey, ham, hard-cooked egg, cheddar and Swiss cheese; the Country Club Salad, with grilled chicken breast, bacon and hard-cooked egg; and the Garden Market Salad, which can be topped with chicken salad or tuna salad. All varieties include Manhattan Bagel's proprietary Pesto Focaccia Bread croutons.

Available at participating Manhattan Bagel locations, the new salads are the latest expansion of the chain's lunch menu, which most notably includes sandwiches served not just on bagels but also on asiago rolls, Pesto Focaccia bread, cheddar rolls, wraps, and traditional rolls.
