Manhattan Bagel, a member of the Einstein Noah Restaurant Group Inc. family of brands, announced the launch of improved premium breakfast options at all restaurant locations including the Scrambled Classic Croissant, Omelet and Ranchero Egg Wraps, in addition to a Yogurt Parfait. The spring line-up features seasoned eggs and applewood-smoked bacon for a healthy alternative in the morning.

The new Scrambled Classic Croissant features scrambled eggs, bacon, and melted American cheese on a croissant. The Omelet Wrap is also made with Manhattan’s scrambled eggs, ham, and melted American cheese inside a whole wheat tortilla wrap. The new Ranchero Wrap combines scrambled eggs, applewood-smoked bacon, spicy salsa, melted Monterey Jack cheese, and spicy Tijuana Hot cream cheese wrapped into a whole wheat tortilla. 

Manhattan Bagel has also added a new 9-ounce Yogurt Parfait to the menu that features Dannon yogurt, fruit, and granola. The new parfait is low fat, contains 180 calories, and is conveniently positioned in grab-n-go coolers.
