Freddie Hazan is the newest Maui Wowi Hawaiian franchise operator. He and his family will soon be sharing premium quality, all-natural, fresh fruit smoothies, and gourmet Hawaiian coffees and espresso drinks in Boca Raton, Florida.

“After seeing and tasting the Maui Wowi products, we knew it was time to lay back, relax, and chill in the Maui Wowi world,” Hazan says.

Extensive research led Hazan to Maui Wowi. After checking out a variety of different concepts, he says the coffee and smoothie combination made perfect sense.

“I looked at a lot of different franchises, yogurt, printing, etc., but I really liked the coffee and smoothie concept,” he says. “I investigated for a few months and came across Maui Wowi.”

After many years in a corporate setting where he worked in the garment industry managing 250 employees, Hazan brings plenty of knowledge on how to successfully run a business.

The proven support and 30 years of experience of the Maui Wowi franchise system made him feel more secure and he was able to see strong value in being a part of it.

“I thought, why invent the wheel all over again when I could get the support and advice from others who have already been successful,” he says.

Hazan, who lives in New York, plans to join his family in Florida and begin to build their Maui Wowi business together. He will be working to secure a fixed retail location at a university near the Delray Beach area. Once the business is established he envisions expanding into other facilities.

“I want to establish the product recognition first because you have to walk before you run,” he says. “I want to have multiple things going like mobile events, catering, etc.”

With the help of his wife and son, Hazan plans to work a multitude of opportunities that include sporting events and concerts on college campuses and other venues.

“I’m ready to rock and roll and build a nice little Hawaiian empire with multiple locations,” Hazan says.
