Meatless Mondays At Moe’s

With the latest studies showing that more than 7.3 million Americans are vegetarians and another 22.8 million are part-time vegetarians, Moe's Southwest Grill is ramping up its support for Meatless Mondays with its commitment to flexible, healthier menu options.

Moe's offers six meatless options on its menu, including grilled marinated organic tofu and the popular "Art Vandalay" vegetarian burrito. The chain also has more than 20 vegetarian ingredients and toppings, such as homemade guacamole, black beans, and pico de gallo. Ingredients like cheese and sour cream are gelatin and animal rennet-free, and veggies and meats are prepared on two separate grills.

For those customers who aren't vegetarian, Moe's also offers all-natural, cage and hormone-free chicken, 100 percent sirloin steak, and grain-fed, hormone and steroid-free pork.
