Menchie’s CEO Amit Kleinberger is back for a special episode of the CBS series “Undercover Boss” on Friday, March 7, at 8 p.m. Kleinberger will be featured on the show’s first ever “Undercover Employee” episode where an employee will don the disguise and covertly check-in on a select location.
Kleinberger, who was the youngest CEO to appear on the show, will now enlist a trusted team member to go undercover at a Menchie’s location. With the assistance of his disguised employee, Kleinberger will checkup on one of his stores to see how they are doing after the past “Undercover Boss” episode, which aired several months ago. Together, Kleinberger and his incognito employee will see if the location has kept up with Menchie’s standards by continuing to exude the company culture.
“My last experience with ‘Undercover Boss’ changed my life and gave me an even deeper appreciation for all of the team members in our Menchie’s family who work hard to promote our mission of making people smile,” says Amit Kleinberger, CEO of Menchie’s. “This time, while I wasn’t the one wearing the disguise, I still felt touched by what I saw and know that without my team members, who are the heart and soul of the brand, Menchie’s wouldn’t be the same.”
To celebrate Menchie’s second time on “Undercover Boss”, viewers can text “MENCHIES” to 35350 through March 7 to receive a text offer for a free five-ounce frozen yogurt. To redeem the free frozen yogurt, guests must present the offer on their phone in-store. The five ounce offer is only valid from Friday, March 7, through Sunday, March 9, at participating Menchie’s locations.
