Mimis Cafe, the all day fresh cafe, will celebrate the official reopening of its Corona, California, location on Tuesday, May 5, with a Meet Me at Mimi’s special event by giving out $3,000 worth of gift cards. Gift cards ranging from $25 to $100 will be awarded to the first 75 18-year and older guests in line. The event begins at 9 a.m. and will include a ribbon cutting with local dignitaries from the Corona Chamber of Commerce. KOLA-FM will be on-hand prior to the ribbon cutting offering entertainment for early morning guests from 7 to 9 a.m.

“Our Corona location has been part of the community for more than 17 years,” says Tim Pulido, Mimis Cafe President and Chief Concept Officer. “To thank our loyal guests, we invite Corona to celebrate and discover our newly enhanced dining experience.”

The Meet Me at Mimi’s program is currently being rolled out nationwide to celebrate its new and updated locations. These restaurants now feature contemporary décor and a full-service bar with specialty drinks including Fresh Squeezed Margaritas, Signature Cocktails, and Cool Martinis. Guests can still enjoy Mimis Cafe’s new “Just Enough” menu with lunch starting at $5.99 or “Comfort Classics” prepared fresh daily from scratch.
