Minnesota McDonald's Gets Modern

With the goal to create a space where customers can step in and take a break while enjoying serene surroundings, McDonald’s announced its rebuilt store at 14200 Grand Avenue South in Burnsville, Minnesota. The store features a “Simply Modern” interior, one of McDonald’s new design schemes, which offers guests a tranquil and cosmopolitan experience.

Customers will be welcomed with a variety of seating options supplied by Midwest-based Interior Systems Inc. Updated chairs and tables around the perimeter of the store provide quick seating for individuals. An expansive bar-height table situated near a large flat-panel TV accommodates those stopping in for a quick meal, while those who wish to linger can sit in “lounging banquette” areas. Burnsville landmarks and imagery are featured on custom black and white wall graphics and translucent panels throughout the space.
