MOD Pizza Continues California Expansion
MOD Pizza continues its California expansion with the opening of an Irvine store located in Westpark Plaza at 3965 Alton Parkway.
“We have been thrilled with the response to our first California store, which opened last month in Valencia. We’ve always believed Orange County would be a perfect environment for what MOD has to offer, so we couldn’t be more excited to be joining the Irvine community,” says Scott Svenson, co-founder and CEO. “The MOD brand and culture continues to resonate with families, students, and professionals who are looking for a cool and welcoming gathering place where they can enjoy fast, friendly service and fresh, high quality food, individualized for them at an incredible value. We plan to continue our expansion throughout the state in 2014, including Northern California. As always, we remain committed to creating one great location at a time.”
For the opening celebration on Wednesday, December 18, the store opened at 5 p.m. for a community celebration, which included free pizzas or salads for the first 52 customers in line and a drawing for “Free Pizza for a Year.”
