Muscle Maker Grill to Open in Bentonville, Arkansas

Muscle Maker Grill, a chain of casual eateries that serves great food prepared with your health in mind, announces it will open its first Arkansas restaurant on October 18 in Bentonville. The Bentonville location is part of a multi-unit deal to develop ten Muscle Maker Grill restaurants in Oklahoma and Northwest Arkansas, the first of which opened in Tulsa in July. The restaurant will be located in the heart of the Bentonville business district, home to the Wal-Mart Stores Inc. corporate headquarters.

“We are very excited to bring our healthy choices to the Bentonville community and surrounding area,” says Rod Silva, founder of Muscle Maker Grill. “The location of the restaurant is ideal for the many nearby corporate offices, as it will offer a convenient lunch and catering option that offers great-tasting food that is also good for you.”

Area developer and 35-year restaurant industry veteran, Donald Potvin, first experienced Muscle Maker Grill on a trip to New Jersey during which he dined at the original Colonia location. He was impressed by the flavor of the food and saw an opportunity to bring something truly unique to Oklahoma and Northwest Arkansas.

I fell in love with the food,” says Potvin. “Muscle Maker Grill takes traditional favorites and creates healthier versions, making it easy to maintain a healthy lifestyle without feeling like you are depriving yourself of the foods you love. I have lost 35 pounds incorporating Muscle Maker Grill into my daily dining routine.”
