Starting today, Burger King Corp. (NYSE: BKC) will give restaurant guests a taste of steakhouse dining with the introduction of the Steakhouse Burger and Loaded Steakhouse Burger. The new sandwiches beef up Burger King restaurant’s burger menu with steakhouse-quality ingredients, including A.1.® Thick & Hearty steak sauce, creamy baked potato topping, and crispy onions. Both sandwiches are made with a 100 percent Angus beef patty and set atop a corn-dusted bakery bun.

The Steakhouse Burger features a flame-broiled steak burger topped with two slices of melted American cheese, A.1.® Thick & Hearty steak sauce, crispy onions, red ripe tomatoes, crisp lettuce and creamy mayonnaise on a premium bakery bun. The Steakhouse Burger will be available as a permanent menu item for the suggested retail price of $3.79.

On the Loaded Steakhouse Burger, bacon and loaded baked potato toppings replace the tomatoes, lettuce, and mayonnaise. It will be available as a permanent menu item for the suggested retail price of $4.19.
