Costa Vida opened its newest location in American Fork, Utah, at 599 W. Main Street Suite C.

Costa Vida has 12 existing Utah locations.

“We are very excited to have a new Costa Vida in American Fork,” says Nathan Gardner, CEO of Costa Vida.

“We want to be able to better serve all our loyal customers in Utah, which means expanding our operations. Now more people who love our food can have their very own American Fork neighborhood Costa Vida restaurant.”

Costa Vida features a selection of Baja-style flavors with ingredients that are selected by Executive Chef Dave Prows and made into satisfying meals everyday from scratch. Costa Vida will be opening its next location in Queen Creek, Arizona in May 2009.

Costa Vida also recently launched its new Web site and online community, which anyone can join for free by visiting costavida.com. Community membership benefits include receiving exclusive rewards, recipes, and tips from Chef Prows as well as Costa Vida news updates.
