Bar-B-Cutie Franchise Systems LLCannounced the opening of its newest store in McAllen, Texas.
Orlie Ochoa, owner and operator of the McAllen Bar-B-Cutie, brings extensive restaurant experience to the new location. The restaurant is serving its customers through fast-casual dining, drive-thru, and catering services. Its menu features a variety of smoked meats, all cooked on location; a host of Southern sides, including fried pickles and fresh cut fries; and all-time favorite desserts like peach cobbler, pecan pie, and banana pudding.
The store is located at 7517 North 10th Street and offers a unique feature for the market in the form of an indoor play area.
“There are very few options for people who want to take their families out for good, healthy, quick-casual food. By providing many healthy food choices like brisket, salads, and mashed potatoes, a play area for the kids and a terrific, family atmosphere, we hope to fill that void,” Ochoa says.
