Newk’s Eatery’s, a 58-unit fresh-casual restaurant concept, has expanded the fall line to include three pork entrées.

The new limited-time menu offerings—Newk’s PB&Q, The Cuban, and the Pork Tenderloin Platter catering menu addition—are being rolled out system-wide.

Newk’s PB&Q and The Cuban are made with pork that is hand-rubbed with secret spices and brined on-site for a full 24 hours to create juicy tenderloin.

The Newk’s PB&Q is layers of pork tenderloin, bacon, Swiss cheese, and Newk’s signature white BBQ sauce. The Cuban is the same pork topped with ham, Swiss, mustard, and pickles. The toasted sandwiches are priced $7.50 and $7.75 respectively.

Newk’s tender sliced pork tenderloin trays, which include crostini and dipping sauces, are available on the catering menu just in time for football season.

The medium, 60-ounce tray serves eight to 10 people, and the large, 80-ounce tray serves 12–15 people.
