Newk's Eatery Adding Summer Options to Menu
Newk’s Eatery will be launching two new limited time offers: a buffalo chicken sandwich and an arugula salmon salad. These options will be added to Newk’s already delicious offerings of healthy salads, California- style pizzas, specialty sandwiches and hearty soups.
Newk’s Eatery provides a fresh casual dining experience with a menu full of a variety of made-to-order choices with comfortable in-restaurant dining, grab-and-go, convenient pick-up, and catering.
Offering toasted and specialty sandwiches, Newk’s is adding a brand new creation to their menu. The Buffalo Chicken sandwich will feature melted cheddar, tender grilled chicken breast, tangy buffalo sauce, and a touch of Gorgonzola cheese, all served on Newk’s signature French Parisian bread, toasted to perfection. This delicious and flavorful sandwich has a suggested retail price of $7.75.
Newk’s already popular fresh tossed salads will be complemented with the Arugula Salmon Salad, which features a perfectly grilled salmon filet atop a bed of zesty arugula and dressed with a lively vinaigrette, made with extra virgin olive oil and tasty lemon juice. Priced at $11.45, this unique salad is a perfect light and satisfying meal.
These new summer options will be available at Newk’s locations nationwide.
Since opening its first location in Oxford, Mississippi, in 2004, Newk’s Eatery has expanded their presence to 11 states, including Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. Newk's has 52 restaurants open, 45 of which are franchised. Five new restaurants opened in 2010, 15 in 2011, and seven in 2012. Projections call for 15 restaurants to open in 2013.
