NexCen Brands, Inc. (Nasdaq: NEXC) has appointed David R. Goldberg to vice president of real estate for NexCen Franchise Management, Inc.

Prior to joining NexCen, Goldberg spent four years with Quiznos Sub, where he served as vice president of area director development. Goldberg oversaw all phases of development for the Area Director markets throughout the U.S. He developed and implemented real estate strategies which resulted in over 500 new sites a year. Goldberg also served as National Director of Real Estate for Aramark Educational Resources, where he was responsible for the development of 65 projects in five years. His extensive real estate experience, perspective and broad based knowledge of the market will advance the future growth of NexCen Brands franchise system.
