The National Food Service Security Council (NFSSC) is pleased to announce that Bill Boddie, president and CEO, Boddie-Noell Enterprises, will serve as a keynote at its 33rd Annual Conference, Aug. 5-8, in Baltimore.

NFSSC is the leading trade association for loss prevention, risk management, and security professionals in the casual dining and quick-service restaurant chain industry.

Boddie-Noell is a privately owned, family-run company based in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. Primarily involved in the restaurant industry, Boddie-Noell is the largest franchisee of the Hardee's hamburger chain. Boddie-Noell also has casual dining concepts Texas Steakhouse & Saloon, Café Carolina & Bakery, Highway Diner, and Moe's Southwest Grill restaurants in its portfolio.

A significant part of the Boddie-Noell business is also in real estate development, under the company’s commercial land ventures and resort property development group BNE Land and Development.

NFSSC will host its 33rd Annual Conference, Aug. 5-18, 2012, at the Baltimore Hyatt Inner Harbor, in Baltimore. In addition to the keynote presenters, the event features educational sessions and programs, roundtables, exhibits, scheduled practitioner/vendor meetings, and a host of entertaining networking functions.

Topics will range from social media and mobile commerce to exception based reporting and interviewing techniques. The education program will bring speakers from the restaurant and foodservice industry, presenting real-world topics and best practices, offering a host of solutions and insights for everyday situations. NFSSC will be announcing other major industry speakers over the next several months.
