Noodles & Company announced the appointment of Glenn Douglas as vice president of supply chain.

In the role of vice president of supply chain, Douglas and his team are responsible for managing sourcing, supply chain, and distribution of all major materials, including commodity ingredients. Additionally, his team manages quality assurance and food safety throughout all restaurants.

Douglas has more than 15 years of restaurant, supply chain, and distribution experience. He joins Noodles & Company from Einstein Noah Restaurant Group where, over his seven-year tenure, he held multiple supply chain roles before becoming the senior vice president of supply chain and manufacturing. In that role, Douglas managed the entire supply chain from distribution centers, to manufacturing facilities and vendors. Prior to Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Douglas was the manager of warehousing logistics at Coors Brewing Company from 2003 to 2006, where he managed the Distribution Center network in North America. He holds a BA from University of Arizona and an MBA from University of Denver.
