Noodles & Company announced the launch of three new menu items, including a dish that highlights flavors from Latin America, a new global influence to the Noodles & Company menu. The new menu items include the Thai Hot Pot, Spaghetti Alfredo MontAmore, and Pork Adobo Flatbread, which will be available at all restaurants nationwide until March 2014.

The Thai Hot Pot is a 30-ingredient curry broth made with a fresh cabbage blend, sprouts, Fresno peppers, and shiitake mushrooms with a sprinkle of rice noodles, pulled chicken, and naturally-raised pork. It's finished with a lime wedge and sprig of cilantro, served with a side of toasted Asian flatbread.

The Spaghetti Alfredo MontAmore is made with noodles tossed in a four-cheese blend, roasted mushrooms, grape tomatoes, spinach, and Parmesan chicken. It's topped with a sprinkle of MontAmore cheese, parsley, and fresh cracked pepper. The MontAmore cheese, though inspired by Piave (an Italian cheese), is made with milk that comes directly from independently owned patron farms, all of which are located within 50 miles of the Sartori Cheese headquarters in Wisconsin.

The Pork Adobo Flatbread features spicy Latin adobo flavors of toasted cumin and fire-roasted tomatoes, naturally raised pork, cheese, and Fresno peppers toasted atop flatbread and finished with fresh lime and cilantro.

With the addition of the spicy, smoky Pork Adobo Flatbread, Noodles & Company further develops its concept of Your World Kitchen by utilizing ingredients like red bell peppers, roasted cumin, jalapeños to spice traditional comfort foods. Noodles & Company has more than 340 restaurant locations across the U.S. and delivers its globally inspired, cooked-to-order menu in a real bowl. The menu consists of more than 25 customizable dishes prepared quickly with quality ingredients. Customer favorites include the sweet and spicy Japanese Pan Noodles, zesty Pesto Cavatappi, and the popular Wisconsin Mac & Cheese.
