Ovation Brands Launches To-Go Cups

The nation’s largest steak-buffet chain, which includes Ryan’s, HomeTown Buffet, and Old Country Buffet, is now offering beverages to go. The family-style restaurants that focus primarily on dine-in offerings are expanding their service options with this new, limited-time program. All 324 restaurants are offering branded 32-ounce to-go cups that may be purchased during a dine-in visit.

“As our brands continue their reinvention, we are exploring new ways for guests to enjoy our services that set us apart from competitors in the buffet space,” says Rob Crews, SVP of marketing for Ovation Brands. “The addition of beverages to go, as well as the new individually portioned meals, is helping us set the groundwork for our plans to change our brands and the industry.”

Guests may purchase the 32ounce to-go cup upon time of ordering during a dine-in visit or before leaving for an additional 69 cents at Ryan’s and Fire Mountain restaurants. HomeTown Buffet, Old Country Buffet, and Country Buffet will have the cups available for an additional 99 cents. Cups may be filled with any beverage including sodas, juice, tea, and more. The plastic cups feature designs inspired by official beverage partner, Coca-Cola, and are available for a limited time.
