Pancheros Recognizes One of its Own

Pancheros, a quick-serve Mexican restaurant specializing in burritos, has officially announced its first recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award. Joe Ward, a two-unit franchisee in the Des Moines, Iowa, area was awarded for his strong commitment and unwavering dedication to the brand.
Having been with the company for more than eight years, Ward was recognized by Pancheros for providing outstanding service at his locations and being an integral resource for potential franchisees looking to join the Pancheros family.
Drawn to the brand in 2004 after his first dining experience at the restaurant, Ward left the golfing industry to pursue a new career in the restaurant world. Ward operates the West Des Moines-Jordan Creek and Johnston locations.
"We are thrilled to have the opportunity to recognize Joe, a franchisee who follows the system meticulously and performs above and beyond our expectations," says Rodney Anderson, president of Pancheros Mexican Grill. "Over the years, Joe has been a tremendous asset to the Pancheros brand, operating some of our strongest-performing locations."
Ward says, "I am very honored to receive this award, as I take great pride in operating my locations and providing the same amazing burrito experience, which won me over several years ago. Moving forward, I am excited to continue to grow with Pancheros and have another successful year of serving the Iowa community."
