Panda Express Heats Up with Firecracker Chicken

Panda Express, the world leader in Asian dining experiences, is celebrating the holidays with the return of a guest favorite, Firecracker Chicken Breast, on November 28.

Firecracker Chicken Breast is a Wok Smart, 240-calorie dish that combines marinated, all-white-meat chicken breast; sweet yellow and red bell peppers; and crisp onions wok tossed with whole and crushed chili peppers in a signature black bean sauce.

The entree will be available through January 29, 2013, in all Panda Express restaurants nationwide and on the company's catering menu.

"Firecracker Chicken Breast is a favorite of many guests who love its bold flavors and await its return each year," says Andy Kao, executive chef at Panda Express. "We invite our guests to take a break from the holiday rush and experience a light, flavorful, and satisfying meal."
