Since its introduction in 1999, the successful Festival of Shrimp promotion has featured shrimp with unique premium vegetables such as asparagus and sugar peas. To support the promotion, new 30-second TV commercials will air during May and June in Los Angeles and Las Vegas.
Panda Express has also created a combination of new 60-second radio commercials that will air in San Diego and Salt Lake City along with several traffic report sponsorships from May through July in Los Angeles, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, and San Diego.
"Our goal for the Festival of Shrimp promotion 2000 is to create an air of excitement in our restaurants and with our guests by providing an array of flavors that are not commonly found in a quick-service setting," said Peggy Cherng, president and CEO of Panda Management Company, Inc.
