Panda Express, the Asian category leader, is introducing its Bright and Fresh concept at its newest Dallas-area restaurant with a grand opening on August 29. Located at 12203 Lake June Rd., the grand opening will be attended by company founders Andrew and Peggy Cherng and will feature a ribbon cutting ceremony and a prize wheel giving attendees the chance to win a number of Panda Express prizes, including coupon offers and plush panda bears.

“The Bright and Fresh concept is an exciting step for Panda Express as we further expansion throughout the country,” says David Landsberg, chief financial officer for Panda Restaurant Group. “We strive to provide our guests with the best dining experience possible. Our food is always hot and fresh and we want our décor to mirror that.”

The Bright and Fresh concept utilizes bold color accents, natural materials, and integrated landscaping and is one of two new designs for Panda Express restaurants. The other concept, dubbed “Blocks of Flavor,” will soon be debuting in Memphis later this year.
