For fast casual Pie Five, the start-up days are officially over.

On Monday, June 10, Pie Five Pizza Co. is opening the doors to its 10th corporate-owned location in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and its eleventh store for the entire chain, with its newest restaurant in Arlington, Texas.

The first 25 guests in line before 11 am at the grand opening will receive a $50 Pie Five gift card.

Pie Five fans can also join the grand opening celebration by entering into a special sweepstakes at www.piefivepizza.com. Five winners will receive free pizza for a year.

Since the debut of Pie Five in June of 2011, the fast-casual pizza concept has doubled its presence in just two years and also celebrated its first out-of-state franchised location as part of the brand’s national expansion.

“I want to thank our loyal guests for helping us reach the important milestone of double-digit locations,” says Flynn Dekker, chief marketing officer for Pie Five. “The demand for Pie Five continues to rise, and I applaud the most experienced restaurant development team in the industry for doing what they do in record time. We look forward to showing pizza fans in north Arlington a whole new way to enjoy their favorite food.”

The newest location is almost 2,000 square feet with seating for 70 guests. The layout of the restaurant follows the concept’s design to create hand-crafted pizzas in front of customers, made with fresh ingredients and then baked and ready to enjoy in less than five minutes.

Pie Five has been named one of “10 Hot New Restaurant Chains from Established Brands” by Forbes.com.

The franchisor has awarded agreements for another 37 restaurants to date in Utah; Charlotte, North Carolina; Florida; and Kansas City, Missouri, and continues to develop more corporate-owned locations as well.
