Pie Five Pizza is bringing back its popular Hatch Chile Pie. The Southwestern seasonal favorite will only be available through September 29.
The Hatch Chile Pie features chicken, Hatch chiles, red onions, Mozzarella and Cheddar cheeses, and a spicy red pepper sauce.
“Hatch chiles have developed a fanatical following thanks to their signature flavor, and our customers loved our Hatch Chile Pie last year,” says Pie Five chef Andy Wittman. “They keep asking when we’re bringing it back, and I’m happy to say the answer is now.”
At Pie Five, guests can choose from more than a million combinations of handcrafted pizzas and a variety of specialty pie choices prepared in less than five minutes on one of four crusts.
The chain is capitalizing on growing consumer demand for fresh dining options and artisan pizzas in stylish environments without the wait.
Pie Five Pizza Co., a subsidiary of Pizza Inn Holdings, now has 11 locations in Texas and one each in Kansas, North Carolina, and Utah. Total announced franchise restaurants under contract number 95 in Florida, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, North Carolina, Florida, Texas, Utah, and Virginia.
