In a Canadian first, Pizza Hut Canada is giving Canadians the chance to try their favorite foods in a new and unexpected way.
For a limited time, Pizza Hut Canada is offering a new pizza menu that features five fresh recipes inspired by Canada’s cultural diversity. They include the Asian BBQ and Creamy Butter Chicken Pizza.
As part of its innovative new menu, Pizza Hut Canada is even introducing a Cheesy Beef Poutine Pizza in tribute to the classic Canadian street-food favorite, featuring crispy fries, cheese curds, seasoned steak, and gravy.
“Canadians are adventurous eaters who seek out a variety of tastes,” says Beverley D’Cruz, marketing director, Pizza Hut Canada. “The Canadian landscape is changing, and these new recipes are our way of celebrating Canada’s diversity and multicultural outlook in a modern, exciting way.
“Pizza Hut Canada is the first Pizza Hut restaurant in North America to top our world-famous pan crust with spicy, fragrant, Creamy Butter Chicken, and we’re definitely the only Pizza Hut chain in the globe to create a uniquely Canadian Cheesy Beef Poutine Pizza,” D’Cruz says, adding that it’s possible other Pizza Hut countries might adopt Canada’s innovative new recipes in the future.
The Creamy Butter Chicken pizza include butter chicken sauce, grilled chicken strips, roasted red peppers, red onion, and Mozzarella.
The Asian BBQ pizza featuresAsian BBQ sauce, shaved steak, red onions, Mozzarella, green onions, and sesame seeds.
A Grilled Chicken Club pizza will feature creamy Alfredo sauced, grilled chicken strips, bacon, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, Mozzarella, and pepper mayo drizzle.
The Smokey Maple Bacon pizza includes Alfredo sauce, maple bacon strips, bacon crumble, sliced mushrooms, and shredded Cheddar and Mozzarella.
New Canadian Favourites Pizzas are available at Pizza Huts across Canada now for a limited time. Medium-sized pizzas start at $15 and are available at Pizza Hut restaurants and through takeout and delivery.
