Pizza Hut Expands in South Carolina

Pizza Hut has bought 0.66 acres from RealtyLink, LLC in Greenville, South Carolina. RealtyLink is doing the site improvement and Pizza Hut will build its own 3,600-square-foot new prototype building that should be completed in the fall of 2010.

The property will be adjacent to an office park and retail developments in the heart of Five Forks retail Corridor, an upscale area with a population of more than 50,000 in a 3-mile radius.

The development will also include a Bridgestone store that is scheduled to open in the fall. RealtyLink is seeking other users including restaurants, retail, hardware, and financial services.
