Pizza Patron Debuts First Urban Model in San Diego
Pizza Patron announced that Pizza De la Comunidad opened its second location in San Diego on Thursday, August 30.
Located in City Heights in a five-story, mixed-use building containing retail and residential spaces, the store is a first for the Pizza Patrón chain.
“This location, with its exceptional foot traffic and dense surrounding population, represents a great fit and opportunity for our brand, because we excel in the take-out side of the pizza industry,” says Pete Tucker, a managing partner of Pizza De la Comunidad. “We’re happy to be open and serving the City Heights community and hope to find other densely urban sites like this around San Diego.”
The new Pizza Patrón is open from 11 a.m.–10 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays and from 11 a.m.–midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
Pizza Patrón is headquartered in Dallas with 106 locations in seven states and more than 80 under development. The company locates in predominantly Hispanic neighborhoods.
Franchise opportunities, offering a proven system for hard-working franchisee candidates, are available in prime Hispanic markets throughout the country.
Pizza Patrón units require an all-in investment of $199,300–$464,000 per store with a franchise fee of $20,000.
