Pizza Ranch Brings the Heat with New Menu Items

Capitalizing on the spicy food trend, Pizza Ranch is bringing back its Brushfire Pizza while introducing a new Apple Orchard Salad to the menu.

“Back by popular demand, our Brushfire Pizza is a spicy, flavorful dish that pairs perfectly with our new cool and refreshing Apple Orchard Salad,” says Nancy Jordahl, culinary research and development director for Pizza Ranch. “We know the tango of spicy and sweet flavors will be a big hit.”

The Brushfire Pizza is made with large slices of smoked Andouille Sausage, topped with Cajun seasoning and a splash of Tabasco sauce. The Apple Orchard Salad is made with romaine lettuce, Granny Smith and Pink Lady apple slices, dried cranberries, and a sweet honey mustard dressing. These limited-time menu items are available through June 1, 2014 at all of Pizza Ranch’s 180 locations.
