Pizza Ranch, the Midwest family-style buffet concept, was selected as one of Iowa’s Top Workplaces in 2013 by the Des Moines Register. This is the third year in a row the company has appeared on this list.

The Top Workplaces list identifies the leading companies and organizations in the Iowa region based solely on employee opinions and feedback.

Pizza Ranch was evaluated based on anonymous survey responses from its employees. The results of the employee survey were compared across organizations, with the top 116 workplaces appearing on the list.
