Pollo Tropical Adds Two LTO Shrimp Dishes
Pollo Tropical, a Carribbean-inspired restaurant with more than 120 locations in six countries, will introduce two new shrimp dishes beginning February 21.
The two dishes include a Grilled Shrimp Quesadilla Wrap and a Grilled Shrimp Quesadille Salad. Both dishes will be offered for a limted time only.
“Pollo Tropical continues to provide affordable and convenient, on-the-go meal options without skimping on flavor,” says Jeff Webb, vice president of research and development/purchasing.
“Our new Grilled Shrimp Quesadilla Wrap and Salad are perfectly portable, and made with the type of fresh, great ingredients that made Pollo Tropical famous,” Webb says.
The Grilled Shrimp Quesadilla Wrap features marinated grilled shrimp, melted cheddar jack cheese, freshly-chopped tomatoes, and a tangy chipotle dressing on an 8-inch flatbread for $2.89. The wrap is available as a combo with a side dish and fountain drink for $4.99.
The Grilled Shrimp Quesadilla Salad features marinated grilled shrimp, romaine lettues, black bean fiesta mix, multi-colored tortilla chips, and shredded cheese tossed with a chipotle ranch dressing and includes a cheese-filled tortilla for $6.99.
