Popeyes Franchisee Turns to Maitre'D

Posera-HDX, a hospitality software provider, announced that Sailormen Inc., Popeyes’ largest franchisee in the U.S., selected the Maitre'D Software Suite to streamline operations in its 141 locations. The roll out is scheduled to take place over the next 24 months.

"We searched long and hard for an efficient and high-performing POS system,” says J.D Zweydoff, director and POS specialist for Sailormen Inc. “After evaluating multiple systems, we chose to go with Maitre'D for its ease of use, its positive reputation, and the quality of customer service and support." A deciding factor for Zweydoff was the scope of the software's reporting features and business intelligence that it offered to help the management team make profitable business decisions, and ultimately contribute to the return on investment of the POS system.

“The scalability and performance of the Maitre'D system is a great fit for Sailormen as it will assist us in managing all aspects of our business and thus, sustaining our long term growth,” Zweydoff says.

Sailormen Inc. is rolling out Maitre'D Inventory to manage food costs in real time and increase profitability, as well as Time & Attendance to manage employees and labor costs. The Maitre'D e-Global corporate solution will be installed at the corporate head office, providing centralized reporting and business intelligence on system-wide operations.
