Juice It Up!, the raw juice bar and smoothie franchise, announced its newest franchisee, professional volleyball player Erin Gray, will take over the Rancho Santa Margarita, California, location effective April 1, 2014. Gray is celebrating her new ownership at the store on Saturday, April 5, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. with fun events for the community including an extreme game truck, discounted beverages, and an hourly raffle drawing for prizes.

“As a professional athlete and mother of four energetic children, I know that finding healthy foods that taste great can be challenging,” Gray says. “When I decided to go into business, I wanted to partner with a like-minded brand that shared my passion for health, nutrition, and an active lifestyle. Juice It Up! aims to provide its guests with a variety of great-tasting, better-for-you food and drink choices designed with health in mind. The menu showcases delicious and functional juices, blended-to-order fruit smoothies, and nutrient-rich options such as handcrafted Açaí and Pitaya Bowls.
