Qdoba Will Open in New Jersey

Qdoba Mexican Grill will open three restaurants in northern New Jersey, starting in December.

Franchisee Robert Palmer will operate the new restaurants. Each will sit approximately 45 guests and employ 17 people. Palmer is currently the franchise operator of four Johnny Rocket’s locations.

Qdoba Mexican Grill’s menu features burritos, taco salads, tacos, and nachos. Items are prepared to order in front of the customer. The restaurant has been in business since 1995, when it first opened in Denver. There are now over 50 units nationwide, while development rights have reportedly been signed for over 300 additional units.
