Quaker Steak & Lube, known for its Best Wings USA and more than 20 sauce varieties, will bring a new restaurant to Medina, Ohio.

The Lube will open to the public Wednesday, March 6, at 3 p.m. The restaurant will create close to 100 jobs for the area and will be the 17th Quaker Steak & Lube location in Ohio, and the 11th company-owned.

The newly converted Lube will encompass a 5,466-square-foot area, while accommodating seating for more than 160 people, including a heated brickyard patio and two bars.

Twenty-three HD flat-screen televisions will be showing all the biggest sports events and games throughout the restaurant.

“We are very excited to be opening our next location in Medina so new guests can enjoy our award-winning food, real motorcycles, authentic cars, and tons of family fun," says John Longstreet, CEO of Quaker Steak & Lube.

Sports and automotive memorabilia of the Medina Lube, hung from the ceilings and the walls of the restaurant, include a 1979 Corvette Stingray painted in the Medina High School colors, green and white, with the Medina Bee logo.

The Medina Lube will hold supercharged events all week, including All-You-Can-Eat-Wings on Tuesday, Breaded Boneless Wednesdays, Thursday Bike Nites, happy hour, and karaoke.

For convenient to-go food, the Medina Lube will also include a Pickup Wingo Window and the restaurant will be launching online ordering.
