Quaker Steak & Lube Tests New Menu Items

Quaker Steak & Lube, the brand known for its wings and sauces, rolled out a new test menu. The innovative menu will appear in select participating Quaker Steak & Lube restaurants in the U.S.

Highlights of the new menu include Spin-Out Artichoke Dip, Crispy Shrimp Tacos, QSL Burrito, Mango Habanero Salmon, and the 5×5 Wing Party Sampler: 25 Jumbo Bone-in wings with five different Lube sauces.

“For this new menu we really focused on what our guests wanted and added new options with a Quaker Steak & Lube twist,” says Marla Pieton, vice president of marketing.

The new menu also continues to feature Lube Nation favorites like the QS&L Boneless Wing Salad, Mustang Chicken Sandwich, and the LubeBurger.

Quaker Steak & Lube’s décor, which features race cars suspended from the ceilings, motorcycles, Corvettes, and gas station memorabilia, combined with its food and SuperCharged events, has created a cult-like following for the Lube for more than 39 years.
