With the SelfCookingCenter whitefficiency, Rational has created a solution that makes preparing roasted chicken even more efficient. A new, integrated grease drain saves up to 40 percent on cleaning costs. At the same time, the Rational unit works twice as fast as conventional rotisseries, needs only half the energy, and always guarantees top quality.

Up to 96 chickens can be cooked in 45 minutes with one Rational unit. The SelfCookingCenter whitefficiency transfers the energy directly to the poultry. This means no heat is lost to the environment in energy consumption, and thus costs are reduced. That is not all: the unit automatically determines the ideal climate throughout the cooking process, so the chickens lose less weight.

Although roasted chickens lose a lot of grease, soiling is contained with the SelfCookingCenter whitefficiency. An integrated drain routes the grease out of the unit. This reduces deposits and cleaning efforts, and the grease trap in the kitchen is not put under any strain.

The CareControl cleaning system from Rational recognizes the degree of soiling of the unit and automaticallysuggests the optimum cleaning level. It cleans itself automatically overnight and can be left completely unsupervised during this cleaning process.

In addition, the unit always works perfectly hygienically and provides vital HACCP documentation. A core temperature sensor with six measuring points guarantees that the meat is cooked to perfection. The unit saves the HACCP data for up to 10 days.
