Reinhart Foodservice, LLC (Reinhart) announced that it has acquired substantially all of the assets of Southern Foods Inc., a family-owned broadline distributor serving nearly 1,200 accounts in the Kentucky area, as well as parts of Tennessee and Indiana. The transaction closed Monday, July, 29, 2013.
