Rubbermaid Commercial Products recently launched its full line of dishwasher safe stainless steel and resin full-size premium model digital scales.

The Full Size Premium Scale has an innovative removable shell design which tolerates a wide range of temperature and humidity changes making it dishwasher-safe and durable for all commercial kitchen environments. The calculate feature promotes kitchen efficiency by determining portion sizes or number of portions needed. The scale also boasts six capacity display options and read-outs for measurements in pounds, ounces, and grams.

The growing trend in full service restaurant chains is conversion from mechanical portioning scales to digital. Rubbermaid Scales provide chefs with finite readouts to comply with recipe specifications and productivity.
