Salads Jump on the Capriotti's Menu

Capriotti's Sandwich Shop announced a new more extensive menu, which will now include a variety of salads in addition to its famously delicious sandwiches.

Continuing the tradition of in-house roasted meats, salads will be served with the signature meats that are prepared in-house every night, along with the freshest produce and ingredients. Salads will be rolled out to every location beginning with the West Coast, followed by the Midwest, and then the eastern regions.

The Capriotti’s salads will include the Cap’s Creation that allows the customer to build a garden salad with their choice of cheeses and one fresh meat, including the homemade turkey, tuna, Genoa salami, homemade roast beef, ham, steak, or veggie turkey.

Other salad offerings include the Black and Bleu with iceberg lettuce, shredded carrots, shredded purple cabbage, homemade roast beef, tomatoes, and diced cucumbers topped with real bleu cheese crumbles, as well as the Chopped Italian Salad with iceberg lettuce, shredded carrots, shredded purple cabbage, salami, capacola, ham, pepper ham, provolone cheese, garbanzo beans, black olives, tomatoes, and diced cucumbers.

“Capriotti’s has become synonymous with fresh, delicious, and unique sandwiches and we wanted to offer our customers a new way to enjoy the Capriotti’s taste they have come to love even when they are not in the mood for a sub,” says Ashley Morris, Capriotti’s CEO.

“We know these offerings will excite the diehard Capriotti’s fans since we use the same great ingredients while also attracting new customers who may be looking for a lunch or dinner alternative.”
