Saladworks Settles Into Central Pennsylvania

Saladworks will open a new central Pennsylvania store in the township of East Lampeter. The store will be located in Mill Creek Square at 2350 Lincoln Highway East.

The East Lampeter Saladworks is owned and operated by Tom Barton of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. While this is Barton’s first Saladworks, he is a seasoned restaurant franchisee with 25 years of experience. 

“I’m a health nut, and Saladworks allows me to serve customers food that my family eats,” Barton says. “I’m excited to offer the Lancaster area a healthy alternative to the all-you-can-eat buffets.”

“The East Lampeter store is another brick in Saladworks’ strong foundation,” says Saladworks chairman and CEO John Scardapane. “We hope the people in the area become as fanatical about enjoying our salads as we are about creating them.”
