Schlotzsky’s is rolling out three new chicken sandwich varieties. Company President Kelly Roddy says the new line will earn chicken more customer attention since the meat it often overshadowed by the other offerings on the menu.
The new Chicken Bacon Smokecheesy Sandwich is made with shaved chicken, smoked cheddar cheese, crispy bacon strips, fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and onions and is topped off with chipotle mayonnaise and served on Schlotzsky’s signature Fresh-from-Scratch sourdough buns.
The new Chicken Cordon Bleu Sandwich also features shaved chicken but combines it with crispy bacon strips, lean shaved ham,Swiss cheese and tangy yellow mustard, all nestled between two toasted sourdough buns and served with a side of zesty Dijon-honey mustard dipping sauce.
Last but not least, there’s the classic Fiesta Chicken Sandwich, with roasted chicken breast, smoked cheddar cheese, black olives, roasted red bell peppers, fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and onions, blended with chipotle mayonnaise and served on kickin’ jalapeño cheese buns.
