ShiftZen, an independent restaurant scheduling software company based in Durham, North Carolina, announced the addition of Danielle Michaels as the company's support systems manager. Michaels will direct a team responsible for the implementation and support of the company's software.

Michaels previously served as the assistant director of operations for the Kenan Fellows Program at the Kenan Institute for Engineering Technology & Science. In her new role with ShiftZen, Michaels will ensure that the software is customized to their client's particular needs. ShiftZen has experienced significant growth in the last year and the company brought on Michaels to refine its growth.
