Smiling Moose Deli Goes Mobile
Smiling Moose Deli, a Denver-area chain, partnered with Splick-it to release a new mobile ordering app for their customers.
Customers can use the app to order and pay for their meals by credit card. The customer's receipt is e-mailed to confirm the order.
"We know preparing good food takes time, and some of our downtown customers cannot afford to wait in line during their short lunch breaks," says Chris Lynne, brand manager of the Smiling Moose Deli.
"With this app, we've found a way to get our busiest customers the same great meal with no wait time," Lynne says.
The free app, which was released in December, saw almost immediate feedback from customers. The Smiling Moose Deli has experienced a steady, growing number of customers ordering on their phone since the apps became available.
