SPIN! Celebrates National Pizza Month

SPIN! Neapolitan Pizza is celebrating National Pizza Month with a whimsical online survey, free gelato, and chance to win a pizza month for a year.

The online poll asks questions like whether people like to let their pizza cool or eat it so hot that it burns the roof of their mouth; do they eat their pizza with a knife and fork, folded in half, or flat; and what happens to the pizza that goes home in a doggie bag?

Everyone who fills out the survey gets a coupon for a free gelato at SPIN! One person will win a free pizza a month for a year.

SPIN!, whose Margherita pizzawas crowned one of the best dishes in all the restaurants in the U.S. by a national magazine last year, also has been named “best pizza” by many of Kansas City’s publications.

SPIN! serves its hand-tossed, stone-fired pizza at locations in Lee’s Summit and midtown Kansas City, Missouri, and Overland Park, Lenexa, and Olathe, Kansas.

A Prairie Village, Kansas, location will open in 2013.

SPIN! also has completed an agreement with a franchisee to open 35 locations in Southern California.

SPIN! Neapolitan Pizza is owned by Gail and Richard Lozoff and Edwin Brownell, who are experienced in large multiunit expansion, franchising, and operations.
