Stevi B’s Introduces New Whole-Wheat Crust to Buffet

Stevi B’s Pizza today introduced its new whole-wheat pizza crust as a part of its commitment to offer healthier options to customers. Having always prided itself on allowing its customers to customize their pizza experience, Stevi B’s Pizza’s system-wide whole-wheat product launch enables customers to further customize their experience with an eye toward healthier alternatives.

“For Stevi B’s Pizza, the addition of a healthier whole-wheat crust was a natural evolution, building upon not only our commitment to customer customization but also our commitment to providing new healthier options,” says Allyson Smith, chief marketing officer for Stevi B’s Pizza.

The new whole-wheat crust has over 50 percent more fiber than the traditional crust, while still providing the premium taste that Stevi B’s Pizza consumers have come to expect. In addition to enjoying all of the Stevi B’s specialty pizzas on whole wheat, customers will also be able to request breadsticks, dessert pizzas, or their own pizza creation on the new whole wheat crust.

“Consumers today are demanding healthier options and Stevi B’s is evolving its menu to meet these demands,” says Matthew Loney, president and chief executive officer of Stevi B’s Pizza.

Other healthy options at Stevi B’s Pizza include a customizable salad bar offering 17 toppings, a spinach alfredo pizza, a tomato alfredo pizza, and 100 percent real fruit juice.
