Sweet Leaf Tea Company launched a new line of 16-ounce aluminum cans available in six flavors. The new offerings include four classic Sweet Leaf Tea flavors and two new flavors.
The new cans of ready-to-drink iced teas are available in the Original Sweet Tea, Mint & Honey Green Tea, Peach Iced Tea, Raspberry Iced Tea, and two new flavors: Lemon Iced Tea and Citrus Green Tea. All 6 flavors are USDA Certified Organic and remain true to Sweet Leaf Tea’s standard of using high-quality, all-natural ingredients. The two newest flavors are scheduled to launch in January 2010.
“We are very excited about the launch of our new 16-ounce cans in the convenience store channel,” says Dan Costello, president of Sweet Leaf Tea. “The cans allow us to sell premium products at more affordable prices while making sure our consumers get the same great-tasting, organic iced tea they expect from Sweet Leaf Tea.”
Designed specifically for the convenience store channel, Sweet Leaf Tea’s 16-ounce cans have a suggested retail price of $1.29, or $0.99 on promotion.
