Taquerias Arandas Welcomes Veteran Manager

Taquerias Arandas announced the hiring of a new management trainee, set to take the helm at the taco franchise’s Katy, Texas, location. Jesse Monroy brings nearly 20 years of restaurant management experience to the Taquerias Arandas family, including roughly 15 years leading teams at Taco Cabana.

The South Texas native manages his restaurants with a focus on customer experience and his skills as a soccer coach help him foster a team environment among his employees. “Jesse brings both experience and innovation to his new role and we are excited to see him lead the team at our newest location,” says Judy Camarena, Arandas franchises president.

The Taquerias Arandas in Katy recently opened on 223 S. Mason Rd. and is offering several promotions unique to that location. Every Thursday night, local singer/songwriters are performing acoustic sets from 7 to 9 p.m. in the bar. On Sundays, the Katy Taquerias Arandas hosts a brunch, complete with mimosas, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
